91传媒 State faculty members, Assistant Professors Silvina Lopez Barrera and Kateryna Malaia, Ph.D., are moderating programing events of hosted by the Margaret Walker Center at Jackson State University.
Lopez Barrera will be moderating a discussion on "Activism in the Face of Economic and Housing Insecurity" at 6 p.m. on July 22 at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at JSU鈥檚 downtown campus and via . The Immigrant Alliance for Justice and Equity and Springboard To Opportunities and will be participating in the discussion.
Malaia will be the moderator for a discussion at 6 p.m. on Sept. 9 at the MSU 91传媒鈥檚 Jackson Center. The 91传媒 Center for Justice, Southern Poverty Law Center and a 91传媒 State representative will be participants in this discussion.
